Choo Choo...ALL ABOARD!!!

You all know that Tucker is fascinated with choo choo trains from his birthday pics that I shared! Well, he is still "gung ho" into the choo choo trains! When we got back from the beach, we were all watching TV at my house and Tucker was playing with one of his trains and we heard him say....."All Aboard"! Whitney said "Did y'all hear what he said?" So, she said "Choo Choo" and he said "All Aboard"! It was so darn cute and you'll see in the videos below! Once he realized that we thought it was "cute" he got so tickled and started saying it really loud (Video 2)! We were so happy b/c we are so ready for him to talk!

Tucker making Paw-Paw's Birthday Cake!

Mom sent me these pics and I thought that they were too cute not to share! Tucker helped make his Paw-Paw a birthday cake on Friday and boy did he have a YUMMY time!

Just plain CLUMSEY!!!!

Just thought I'd post about ME falling apart today due to my clumsiness...I got off to a rough start this morning! This will be a Tuesday laugh for you...I completely missed the top step coming out of my back door this morning and ended up on the sidewalk on my knees. I guess I'm lucky that all I ended up with was a "skint" knee. I'm a little sore but that's to go along with my left shoulder that I got popped in by the softball at last Thursday nights game! So...doesn't look like I will be playing in tonight's game unless they absolutely have to have me! Sure hope this clumsiness wears off...LOL!

Wendy-I haven't forgotten that I was tagged, hope to get to your MEME today along with a few other posts. We'll see how it goes!

Tucker's Newest Trick!

Tucker has moved on to "bigger and better" tricks since the "run and jump" trick that I shared some time ago! He is now TURNING FLIPS!!! You just never know what he might learn next! They learn so fast!!!!

Heritage Day

On Saturday we spent the day at Heritage Day! You know it's almost Fall when you see the schedule for Heritage Day! Tucker had so much fun, he picked a pumpkin or two out (and got in the pumpkin wagon as you can see by my NEW header), got to ride "The Tucker Express", climbed the fire tower, rode a mule hayride, checked the petting zoo out, and so much more! David always helps run the sawmill from the 1920's so that's how we first became acquainted with this event a few years back. It's always good 'ole family fun:-) Tucker and Whitney picking out a pumpkin!

Happy BELATED Birthday to David! I am so sorry that I am late posting...his real birthday was Friday, September 19 (its been such a busy weekend)! I think he had a great one...Friday night, he and Mom went to see Percey Sledge, then Saturday he helped out at Heritage Day (I'll post pics later), and then today he spent the afternoon after church entertaining Tucker (I'll try and post pics of that later too). Tonight we took him out to eat to celebrate at Dockside Restaurant! I wish you many more birthdays to come! A BIG THANKS to all that you do for us! Much LOVE!

Our Beach Vacation...Part V

Here are the final pictures from our OBX beach vacation! I couldn't remember when we did what after that Tuesday so I have just added the rest of the pics that I wanted to share. We always go to Basnights Lone Cedar Cafe to eat one night. Supposedly Andy Griffith comes here at least once a week to eat! It is oh so YUMMY!

This was a HUGE truck! Kevin wanted me to stand beside it so that you could see just how BIG it was! We saw this truck quite a few time at the OBX so it is driven regularly! Can you imagine the terrible gas mileage???
